Logistics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our team in mission-driven initiatives that prioritize sustainability and innovation.

• Manage vendor relationships to support enhancements, projects, deployments, documentation maintenance, integration changes, data extractions, application licenses, and 1st and 2nd level application support.
• Coordinate project deliverable estimates for integrated and complex development of application solutions/projects working across IT, the business, and with our contract/managed services partners.
• Break down work, explain tasks, and understand interdependencies to drive successful project delivery.
• Lead and facilitate design discussions to ensure effective solution implementation.
• Responsible for multiple phases of a project and serve as an IT project manager when required.
• Conduct process improvement, functional design, and realization for the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Delivery functional areas applications and system changes.
• Analyze complex user information flows and business requirements to determine alternative procedural and/or systematic solutions to meet business requirements.
• Understand business data and effectively present information using specific software tools.
• Translate business partner requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization.
• Perform SAP configuration or familiar with how to determine configuration options for Supply Chain Planning and MES.
• Provide support of existing processes in the project and production environments.

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably with SAP configuration.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
