Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of software developers and ensure delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and new technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of new features and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- 4-6 years of experience in software development with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AWS ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Leadership experience desirable but not essential.
- Python programming language.
- AWS cloud computing platform.
- Software development methodologies.
- Data science concepts.
- Object-oriented programming principles.
