We are looking for a product leader to shape the future of Payment Methods in LATAM. As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution for Adyen's core payments products in one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy across LATAM for core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers.
- Build and develop a team of high-performing product managers.
- Streamline the regional product portfolio to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption.
- Work closely with commercial, engineering, partnerships, and compliance teams to bring products to market, improve performance, and solve hard problems.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading PMs.
- Deep expertise in payments, including acquiring and local payment networks in LATAM.
- You've built and scaled products across multiple markets.
- You are customer-centric and data-driven, always anchored in impact.
- You simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.
- You take full ownership and operate autonomously.
