About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to fill this customer support associate position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn, and possess fluency in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer service operations with daily tasks that contribute to team growth.
  • Assist with theoretical classes done from home and practical classes held at our office.
Requirements
  • Be between 18 and 24 years old.
  • Availability to comply with the agreed learning schedule.
  • Good communication, proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
Desirable Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
  • Any previous experience related to customer service.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or collaborative tools.
