We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance cloud and container technologies using Python as the primary programming language.
The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud computing concepts, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, as well as expertise in PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Helm. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and code, developing unit tests to improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and investigating and resolving issues reported during testing and customer integration.
About the Role- You will communicate technical concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders, providing project updates and mentoring team members.
- You will leverage your expertise in Linux Essentials, including knowledge of hardware, processes, programs, and the components of the Linux Operating System.
- You will work with files, create and restore compressed backups and archives, manage system security and permissions.
- You will collaborate effectively across remote teams and time zones, working with Senior Technical Leaders.
- You will maintain experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review tools, as well as Cloud Storage and computer networking knowledge.
- You should have experience with container technologies, such as Docker, Linux Containers, and Kubernetes.
- You should have knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
- You should have expertise with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Helm.
- You should be able to design and develop applications that run in Kubernetes clusters.
