Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and contribute to the development and administration of Total Rewards policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across regions or districts, focusing on quality goals and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and success.
  • Analyze complex problems, identifying best courses of action within departmental guidelines, and develop innovative solutions to drive progress.
  • Evaluate priorities, set work plans, and achieve desired results through effective time management and coordination.
  • Analyze data and develop new quality initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Manage teams, providing direction, motivation, and encouragement to subordinates, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Address personnel issues and conduct performance evaluations to ensure employee growth and development.
Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, business, or accounting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with Workday as a consultant, customer, or implementation partner, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and impact, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
