We are looking for a skilled Associate to join our Private Equity team in São Paulo.

Job Description
  • Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and a strong understanding of the technology sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
