Job Description

The Cloud Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for assessing the technical and operational resiliency of cloud environments, reviewing disaster recovery, business continuity, and major incident response plans, and identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess technical and operational resiliency of cloud environments
  • Review DR, BC, and Major Incident Response Plans
  • Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure
  • Recommend improvements based on Azure Well-Architected Framework, SRE, and ITIL
  • Coordinate with customer teams on RTO/RPO goals and recovery workflows
  • Deliver technical documentation and executive summaries
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Government)
  • Chaos engineering and DR simulations
  • DevOps pipeline integration for resilience validation
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, BC/DR Certifications (CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
