Job Role

We are seeking a Junior Attorney to join our team. The Junior Attorney will be responsible for providing consultative support, contract management, negotiations, and report consolidation.

Main Responsibilities
  • The role involves direct contact with various departments and requires excellent communication skills.
  • The Junior Attorney will provide multidisciplinary legal and consultative services to the company, focusing on contract management.
  • The role also involves developing, reviewing, and presenting reports related to contract management.
  • The Junior Attorney will offer exceptional client service to both domestic and international clients.
Negotiation and Contract Management
  • The Junior Attorney will negotiate, draft, review, and approve contracts of moderate complexity.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law is required, along with an active and up-to-date OAB license.
  • Prior experience in contract management (negotiation, drafting, and review) is essential.
  • Professional consulting experience is a must.
Languages
  • Intermediate level in English (reading and writing) is fundamental.
  • Spanish language skills are desirable.
