About the Position

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Hiring Leaders to understand their needs and requirements. Your passion for social media and ability to leverage online platforms such as LinkedIn will be instrumental in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent.

  • Partner with Hiring Leaders to develop a comprehensive understanding of job openings.
  • Lead diversity initiatives, including research, sourcing, and attraction strategies.
  • Conduct proactive research to generate innovative sourcing ideas, staying up-to-date on current practices and trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical-focused full life cycle client-facing recruiting environment.
  • Previous experience in high-tech environments across various functional areas is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
