Senior Global Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless global mobility operations, including payroll processing, relocation support, and compliance with local and international regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations, manage global mobility programs, and provide guidance and training to team members on best practices. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for mobile employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, relocation, benefits, and compliance issues.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong analytical profile, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is required, and previous experience in payroll, benefits, or global mobility operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, including compliance with local and international tax and labor regulations.
  • Manage global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
  • Support internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, relocation, benefits, and compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience with Payroll, Benefits or Global Mobility operations.
  • Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
  • Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding about international payroll and mobility trends and best practices.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic environment and change.
  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Spanish / Portuguese is a nice to have.
