Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive success on behalf of our clients by reducing project delivery times and delivering high-quality projects in the shortest possible timeframe.

The successful candidate will have experience working alongside commercial or technical teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong academic background in technology or science.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage complex customer requirements and expectations, identify areas for improvement, and lead integration and user acceptance testing phases. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing training and knowledge transfer to our customers, as well as advocating for their needs within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, use cases, and feature knowledge, and be able to proactively share information with team members to enable problem-solving and remove project obstacles.

  • Reduce project delivery times by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality projects in the shortest possible timeframe.
  • Manage complex customer requirements and expectations.
  • Lead integration and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer to our customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.

This is a hybrid position with a mix of office and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in technology or science.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, use cases, and feature knowledge.
  • Ability to manage complex customer requirements and expectations.

  • Technical awareness of infrastructure and operating systems.
  • Cloud computing experience.
  • Knowledge of data types and database technologies.
