Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our key account management efforts in the Indian region. As Key Account Management Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

You will provide targeted market analysis and recommendations based on market trends and competitive intelligence, ensuring smooth business collaboration with major clients.

In this role, you will oversee overall business expansion and operational management of key accounts, applying entrepreneurial thinking and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.

Maintenance of positive relationships with major clients is crucial, requiring a willingness to be stationed in-country and responsible for local team management and coordination.

Other overseas business-related matters will also fall under your purview.

Your background should include a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth, along with a mindset that enables strategy formulation and effective execution to achieve business objectives.

A high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills are essential for establishing positive working relationships and fostering teamwork.

Familiarity with the local market, culture, and business environment is also necessary, as well as fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a relevant major.
