Factory Production Lead

We are seeking a skilled Factory Production Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations.


About the Role:
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for leading and implementing operating strategies, budget planning, and product cost calculation processes across various areas including Supply Chain, E2E Planning, Inventory Warehouses Management, DIMs-IM&S Procurement, Production Scheduling, Production, Maintenance-Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, OHSE, QA, resourcing and capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will develop departmental plans to design, redesign and consolidate manufacturing processes with the aim of achieving zero loss and zero waste.
  • They will own the implementation of improvement programmes to meet quality management and assurance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) regulations, driving the adoption of workplace health and safety plans, and directing the Manufacturing function through impactful projects and initiatives.
  • A strong focus on leadership and team management is also essential, requiring effective direction, coaching and performance management to deliver against plans and promote a continuous improvement culture.
  • The ideal candidate must ensure personal and team compliance with safety and ethics rules, procedures and Imperial's Values & Behaviours.
