Job Overview:

 

  • Leverage expertise in change management to drive high-quality dealer deployment and implementation of best practices.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to dealers to facilitate a smooth transition to new working methods.
  • Implement Lean techniques to ensure sustainable and effective change within workshop teams.
  • Develop tailored implementation plans for appointed dealers.
  • Train dealer management on Personal Service roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure seamless transition of revised roles and working methods among workshop staff.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and provide training on their application.
  • Create action plans to achieve Personal Service target measures at the dealership.
  • Collaborate with the network steering group to lead agenda setting and follow up on actions.
  • Conduct assessments, motivate, and inspire key stakeholders to meet agreed objectives.
  • Regularly review progress with agreed dealer stakeholders and escalate any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Certify dealers upon fulfillment of Personal Service target conditions.
  • Effectively manage time and deliver according to set plans, reporting actual performance and deviations to agreed structures.
  • Coach new implementation managers on Personal Service implementation.
  • Foster open communication and share ideas within the project team.
  • Pursue personal development and self-learning opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory fluency in English. Ability to travel 80% of the time.
