Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Job Description
  • Support all housekeeping and laundry operations, including the development of team members to provide an exceptional experience for guests.
  • Assist with overseeing housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience.
  • Monitor standards and ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of housekeeping and laundry.
  • Perform routine inspections of all housekeeping areas and report any issues to the executive housekeeper.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Housekeeping/laundry experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
  • Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
