We are seeking a skilled Technical Solution Architect to drive customer satisfaction and shape the technical direction of our business.
The ideal candidate will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our corporate solutions portfolio and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing hands-on guidance on machine learning and field experience concepts, and supporting the development of their strategy.
The selected candidate will participate in events, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients about our unique value proposition and showcase our capabilities.
They will also manage the regional solutions portfolio, overseeing the transfer of knowledge across the region, and conducting market analysis to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in tolling – machine learning and field experience, with a proven track record of collaborating with customers for in-depth technical requirement analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions, manage technical proposals, and develop partnerships.
- A technical-commercial profile, with a strong understanding of technology and business acumen.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering, with a focus on technology.
