System Administration Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The System Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing complex systems and ensuring their smooth operation
- Leading projects to implement new solutions and improve existing ones
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in system administration
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with mainframe modernization
- Knowledge of cloud hyperscalers and integration with mainframe systems
