Marketing Content Specialist

The role of a Junior Marketing Analyst involves creating, implementing and publishing content on social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content for various social media channels;
- Monitor trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the content strategy;
- Contribute to the development of editorial calendars and content briefs;
- Respond to interactions (comments, messages, mentions) in a timely manner;
- Analyze metrics and generate monthly reports to track progress;
- Assist in promoting posts and supporting paid campaigns to increase reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations;
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite);
- No prior experience necessary but knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred;
- Creative writing skills and effective communication abilities;
- Videography and photography expertise;
- Knowledge of social media metrics and KPIs;
- Prior social media experience is an asset; Paid advertising and social media analytics knowledge is also an asset.
