About the Job

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of robust HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with our company culture and core values.

The role involves providing administrative support to the Director of People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations matters. Additionally, you will assist in managing compliance requirements related to employee contracts, bonuses, pensions, and other benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with company culture and core values.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of People Operations, including handling time off requests, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in managing compliance requirements related to employee contracts, bonuses, pensions, and other benefits.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within HR operations is desired but not required.
  • Strong administration skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
