About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Developer to spearhead our development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop technical roadmaps that align with business objectives. Your expertise in Python and proficiency in Django/Flask frameworks will enable you to drive the development of scalable and secure web applications.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, share your knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of software solutions from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps
- Develop and implement scalable and secure web applications using Python and Django/Flask frameworks
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on leadership roles
- Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with Django/Flask frameworks
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
