Job Title: Senior Manager of Network Implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our network engineering team in implementing new networks and upgrading existing ones.

This role requires providing energetic and creative leadership for the Network Operations and Engineering staff to deliver converged, world-class network services to the entire company.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing dynamic IT organizations with variable priorities, as well as leading teams that run operations and engineering of network and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead network operations/engineering teams to implement device configuration standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in Global Network Services to ensure delivery of Network and Network Security products and services.
  • Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure team performance and align metrics with Brazil leadership team.
  • Hire, train, and supervise network staff, empowering them to exercise initiative and work creatively.
  • Create an environment of continual growth in professional skills and knowledge for all staff members.
  • Take a senior leadership role in high-level cross-functional/cross-organizational team projects.
  • Deliver converged, reliable, scalable, high-quality services to the business, including Network Infrastructure, local area network, wide area network, internet, and telecommunications.

Your expertise in network engineering, architecture, and operations will be invaluable in delivering world-class services to our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-driven support role for an organization similar to ours.
  • 6+ years of experience managing a network operations/engineering team for a large enterprise.
  • Experience in managing environments that include Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Colocation facilities, and Datacenter facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads using Agile framework.
  • Knowledge of networking, telecommunication, and computer/server equipment.
  • Extensive experience/knowledge of Cisco ACI hardware and software.
