Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products by planning, developing and executing test plans and test cases. They will also review user interfaces for conformity and functionality, and help develop and improve testing strategies and techniques.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of new features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
  • Experience with AWS and NoSQL
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Full professional proficiency in English
