Role Overview

The Project Manager will be accountable for the effective execution of a variety of tasks to a high-quality standard and will support a diverse range of projects of varying sizes and complexities.

This role involves managing commissions of different scales, depending on the project's intricacy. The Project Manager can function as part of a larger team or serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with the client.

Responsibilities include establishing the overall success criteria for the project, which encompasses time, cost, technical specifications, performance metrics, project governance, planning, processes, and systems utilized throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should ideally possess experience in the Real Estate sector with comprehensive knowledge of all project facets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the project by: Implementing performance management techniques. Controlling changes to project finances. Scheduling regular meetings with relevant personnel to assist, support, and monitor progress. Managing project communications. Analyze and understand contract-related documents, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings. Develop and maintain project status reports, process purchase orders, and track reports for due diligence and financial management. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple timelines and projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Real Estate-related projects. Full ownership of project responsibilities. Development and follow-up of reports. Management of information flow between the team and the client. Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
