Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the development and execution of complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery within time, budget, and scope.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering program management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
