Responsibilities:
  Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with global service BU M&S and Service GPG strategies and targets. Lead the sales team in delivery and exceeding of targets in terms of orders, GM%, response time, and customer satisfaction for the full service portfolio.

  New Business Development
Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Generate and identify service sales leads by analyzing IB potential. Work with account managers to develop service-focused account plans. Collaborate with Segment and Channel managers to identify and pursue leads in the region.

  Customer Relationship Management
Establish long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers and bring service discussions to the C-level by working with account managers, front-end sales, and Product BU's M&S teams. Add value by understanding customer requirements and regulations, showcasing our service value proposition, and ensuring customer satisfaction issues are addressed.

  E-commerce and Digital Solutions
Implement and execute e-commerce strategies to support service growth ambitions. Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor material costs and inflation indexes to anticipate impacts on pricing strategies.
