This is a senior-level business analysis role that requires expertise in optimizing business processes, developing detailed business requirements, and providing in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making. As a business analyst, you will be integral in leading business process analysis and requirements gathering for complex projects, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, proven experience in conducting detailed business process analysis, experience with database querying and advanced data analysis methods, and advanced knowledge of business modeling and requirements management tools. Additionally, the candidate should have basic IT systems and infrastructure knowledge, experience in developing detailed business requirement documents, familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and an advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering for complex projects.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, to justify business initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
