We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team in Lehigh Valley. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our innovative home and community-based program for seniors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and management, with at least five years of experience in a managerial role. A current RN license and valid Pennsylvania driver's license are also required.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and services to our seniors. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and evaluating staff, as well as managing schedules and budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
