You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a cutting-edge data platform that drives business transformation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data modeling guidelines with stakeholders to ensure effective data flow across the organization
  • Capture business requirements to establish relational, dimensional, or data vault data models for diverse use cases
  • Transform business needs into technical specifications for data engineering
  • Perform data engineering activities, including development of data products
  • Evaluate data-related processes against industry standards and laws
  • Define and implement architecture elements ensuring data timeliness, quality, security, and availability
  • Continuously enhance data platform architecture from source capture to presentation layer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in data-related roles
  • Experience in finance data architecture
  • Proficiency in coding commands related to data engineering activities
  • In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its impact on decision-making
  • Excellent English communication skills with ability to manage information at multiple levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability to change and a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Power Bi, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence, Kimball, Data Vault, Azure, DBT
