M365 Application Specialist

This is an exciting chance for a skilled Information Technology Analyst to support the M365, Teams and Copilot Services. As an M365 Applications Expert, you will provide consultation to clients on best practices using M365 applications, data storage, and assist with design and migration of data to SharePoint or Teams.

You will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures and use of M365 Applications, Teams and Copilot. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, be comfortable in communicating with business executives and technology teams, and possess a spirit of collaboration and transparent communication.

The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas, working closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build data storage solutions which meet requirements using SharePoint, File Share, and Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
  • Work closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build data storage solutions.
  • Work with vendors to ensure operational excellence of the M365 & Copilot Services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint Administration and M365 Administration.
