Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the real estate AI startup, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that drive business growth and customer engagement.

This role requires strong technical skills in design software such as Canva and Figma, with the ability to produce clear and concise visualizations that communicate complex data insights.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with operations and real estate teams to develop tailored solutions that meet business needs. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent branding standards will ensure that all visual assets align with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design 2D and 3D maps that accurately represent real estate data and provide actionable insights.
  • Format and structure documents, including investment presentations and marketing materials, to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Create data-driven visual assets, such as charts and infographics, to enhance readability and professional presentation.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that visual assets meet business requirements and support strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma, with experience in additional design tools a plus.
  • Experience in structuring and formatting presentations and documents for real estate or corporate use.
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured design processes.
