Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with key accounts and developing targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pursue opportunities to expand existing business within assigned accounts, ensuring effective and efficient sales processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of account plans to achieve sales objectives, leveraging expertise in strategic selling and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market insights and industry trends, informing sales strategies and account engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic account development and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
