The Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Off-site Facilitation Center (CASV). The role requires ensuring that the OFC operates effectively, providing quality service to all Visa applicants while maintaining compliance with the contract and governing laws of the host country.
Key responsibilities include implementing visa application processes, providing accurate reports, recruiting, training, and managing staff, addressing performance issues, and managing facility-related matters. Additionally, the Deputy Operations Manager will represent the Operations Manager when they are on vacation or leave.
Required Skills and QualificationsApplicants must possess a Bachelor's degree and have supervisory and people management experience. They must also be fluent in English and Portuguese and able to pass security background investigations. Strong human relations skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, organization and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and communication skills are essential.
