About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate AI professional to help us harness technology to positively impact millions of lives. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of AI models to assist and improve clinician and patient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI models for real-world applications, focusing on embeddings and their applications.
  • Follow a complete cycle for AI implementation, from problem understanding to performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineers, product, and clinicians, to ensure the developed models align with healthcare needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning, specifically in the healthcare domain.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful AI strategies for technology products.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with foundational AI models.
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup or healthcare technology environment.
  • Understanding of the unique nature and constraints of medical data.
