Job Title: Senior Integration Specialist

Our company is looking for a skilled Senior Integration Specialist to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and prepare comprehensive design and documentation processes.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and develop whitepapers to support both internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with onboarding and support throughout all phases of the project, from initiation to closure.

Requirements:

  1. 3-7 years of IT enterprise experience with expertise in Identity Governance, Identity Management, HR platforms, or HR iPaaS.
  2. Experience in SaaS product companies is highly valued.
  3. Knowledge of IDM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Auth0, OneLogin, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, or CA Identity Minder.
  4. Understanding of SCIM for IDM/IGA products, as well as authorization protocols like OAuth and SAML.
  5. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, Webservices, JWT, JSON, and REST.
