Job Description:

Our company is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using MVC architecture and React components.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Implement Entity Framework for data access layer and ORM functionality.
  • Apply dependency injection principles and design patterns for scalable application architecture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile work environment.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programming.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC for web application development.
  • Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript ES6+.
  • Proficient in SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
  • Knowledge of dependency injection patterns and IoC containers.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the insurance domain or financial services industry in a consulting capacity.
  • Experience with Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jest).
