This role involves performing administrative tasks and coordinating front-line operations. Responsibilities include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities, and local customer service. While operational tasks are part of this position, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.

Associates at this level may complete some tasks under guidance and have responsibility for less complex tasks. Leads or senior levels of these positions may handle escalated or more complex issues, coordinate team activities, support supervisor or manager activities, and support the design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses of specific operation productivity and process mapping
  • Support the manager in analyzing reports, identifying non-conformities, and developing action plans
  • Complete operational closures
  • Analyze data and develop reports based on operational indicators
  • Participate in the development of new performance indicators
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients and operational teams
  • Mapped opportunities and suggested the development of new processes that bring financial results
  • Participated in production, productivity, absenteeism, training, and system access controls
  • Supported internal and external audit controls

This role requires high school degree equivalence, experience in logistics and data analysis, advanced knowledge in computer systems, excellent communication skills, organization, interpersonal relationships, dynamism, and creativity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint is also required.

Bonus qualifications include a higher education degree preferably completed in areas related to the company's business.
