Job Title:

Technology Operations Specialist

Overview:

This role focuses on ensuring smooth school-wide technology operations, securing platforms, and supporting staff and families. You will work closely with technical teams, school leadership, and family support to keep systems reliable, secure, and easy to use.

Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary IT contact for staff, troubleshoot issues, support incident response, and ensure smooth operations during high-demand periods.
  2. IT Strategy & Security: Implement IT security practices by configuring systems, managing access, supporting secure onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  3. Google Workspace & Zoom Administration: Set up and maintain Google Workspace and Zoom environments, apply secure configurations, manage accounts, and support integrations with school systems.
  4. Technology Implementation & Documentation: Assist in evaluating and rolling out new tools, maintain IT documentation and policies, and support data retention, recovery, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience in IT support (educational environment preferred).
  2. Proficiency with Google Admin Console, Zoom, and related tools.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across platforms.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Certified Google for Education Administrator.
  2. Experience with 1:1 device programs or BYOD environments.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Benefits:

The compensation range is between $20k-$30k USD per year, depending on experience. You must be located in Argentina, this is a 40 hours/week role with overlapping hours from 10am to 3pm US Eastern Time.
