About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Network Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and ensuring seamless integration of network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of network solutions utilizing Cisco ISE, Switching, and Routing technologies.
  2. Integration and Optimization: Oversee the integration of network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains to support project requirements.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals.
  5. Security and Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of network systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  6. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  7. Network Assessments: Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
  8. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practices.
  9. Industry Trends and Advancements: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in network technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  10. Project Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of network-related projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  11. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.
  12. Network Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced English language proficiency.
  3. Cisco ISE Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Cisco ISE, Switching, and Routing technologies.
  4. Medicare & Medicaid Claims Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  6. Network Design and Implementation: Show proficiency in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
