Operations Excellence Specialist

• The Operations Excellence Specialist will lead process technology and continuous improvement to impact profitability, efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation;
• This individual will develop and implement strategies to increase operator skill level and enhance process capabilities for continuous improvement, including digital tools;
• The specialist will follow test runs and propose necessary modifications to achieve standards defined by the development team;
• This role involves leading local Continuous Improvement activities and evaluating projects for corrective actions and improvements;
• The Operations Excellence Specialist will support the Planning Analyst to propose the best production plan for operability without failing to serve customers;
• This position requires training and developing the lines' organization and assessing operations maturity to bring the entire organization to the targeted CI competency level;
• The specialist will analyze operational KPIs daily, pointing out deviations in quality, volumes, throughput, losses, and downtimes;
• This role involves evaluating test runs proposed and defining availability, proposing changes when necessary to achieve standards defined by the product owner;
• The Operations Excellence Specialist will maintain operations in line with digital improvements defined by the head office and assure efficient communication with interface areas and internal customers;
• This position leads operations processes towards a high-performance work environment; strong problem-solving and project management skills are required;
• The specialist will participate in the process of recruiting new employees and seeking to exceed customer expectations or making unusual efforts to meet customer needs and resolve complex problems or complaints;
• This role ensures one company approach in TBW projects and initiatives throughout all functions in the location.
