Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of system implementation, configuration and developments in multiple aspects including datamart, workflows, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Analyse experience and make recommendations.
  • FOLLOW SDLC LIFECYCLE AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS.
  • Support IT and business audits and technology risk assessments.
  • Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
  • Perform technical reviews of production changes.
  • Document issues and resolutions within confluence.
  • Maintain and enhance the Control-M scheduling tool.
  • Deal directly with business users to diagnose business critical issues.
  • Analyse and resolve issues related to risk, pricing, PnL, market data, interfaces, reporting.
  • Provide information about issues to vendors and co-ordinate testing fixes.
  • Act as an intermediary between business and vendor.
  • Debug and enhance bespoke java processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a support capacity.
  • Strong technical capability.
  • Solid understanding of datamart.
