Strategic Partner Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Strategic Partner Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing partnered content creators and their representatives.

  • Manage existing partnered content creators as well as their representatives
  • Educate individual creators on maximizing their use of the service
  • Support local strategic programs that provide value to broadcasters
  • Surface strategic opportunities to relevant creators
  • Communicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to assigned accounts
  • Report essential performance metrics and goals in relation to assigned portfolio on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate internally to solve complex creator issues while advocating for strategic partners' needs
  • Gather feedback on Twitch products and present it to team members
  • Bridge the language barrier between us and the local community
  • Identify latest content opportunities and build growth strategies to make the most of their momentum

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in Portuguese and English
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management or a related field
