We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Management Specialist. This role involves implementing budget control and standardization, including developing training, templates, and coordinating meetings to ensure accurate budget management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to prepare, analyze, and manage the annual Purchase Order (PO). They will also promote a culture of expense management by introducing tools, creating routine controls, and interfacing with leaders to identify deviations, causes, and corrective actions.

This position requires the ability to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inventory controls, ensuring targets are met. The successful candidate will also implement and maintain the Management by Objectives (MBO) methodology, ensuring proper preparation and analysis of annual reports.

Additionally, this role involves identifying continuous improvement projects using management systems, Six Sigma, and Lean tools. The Financial Management Specialist will support the implementation of management and improvement tools, such as SDCA & PDCA, and assist in developing process flows with departments.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
