Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at the ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. in Curitiba. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient, enterprise-wide, integrated accounting and reporting processes to maximize Corporate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Reflect business transactions in financial records
- Produce accurate and timely financial statements
- Deliver financial analysis support for the business
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting for ExxonMobil businesses
- Perform account reconciliations
- Reconcile inventory balances
- Maintain proper asset balances and disposition
- Ensure proper bank accounting
- Manage large number of intercompany charges
- Ensure appropriate cost flow set up and recovery
- Review and process incoming and outgoing Joint Interest Billings from/to Joint Venture Partners
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or engineering from an accredited college or university
- Advanced English - high level of interfacing with internal/external customers
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Access)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and priorities
