Job Title: Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, with a passion for behavioural science and a keen interest in the world of advertising.

About the Role

The Research Associate will be responsible for learning and becoming familiar with all our research tools and systems, performing them to the best of their ability to ensure the highest quality for client deliverables are met.

  • Writing questionnaires
  • Liaising with clients and our Sales team for questionnaire approval
  • Liaising with our project management teams and suppliers to ensure the smooth and accurate running of projects
  • Quality control to ensure reports are correct and address the client's questions
  • Contribute to the preparation of various research reports by working with the Project Lead, adding insight and analysis
  • Presenting results or sections of a project, alongside others, back to clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor degree - areas relevant to our business preferred (marketing, communications, psychology, business or a related field)
  • Up to two years' experience working in the market research industry (Brand, Comms or Innovation experience preferable but non-essential)
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) - you'll use it every day Working closely with colleagues from all over the globe.
  • Business Spanish advantageous, but not essential
