About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce strategies that align with our organizational goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing strategic plans that drive business results. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand our business objectives and develop tailored solutions to address key challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies that meet our business needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our workforce strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a workforce planning or strategy role. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
