Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly base salary of approximately $8,500, plus a 25% overbase, totaling $10,625 per month. Additionally, they will be eligible for a benefits supplement, ranging from 20% to 35% of their base salary after 3-12 years of service.

Job Description:

As a Harbor Pilot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels at our client's oil ports and terminals. Your primary responsibilities will include berthing/unberthing vessels without restriction, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Science from a recognized Maritime Studies College or a High National Diploma from a similar institution, along with at least 5 years of experience in Harbor Pilot or seagoing roles. You must also possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
