Job Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps. Your role will involve discovering and defining new product and revenue opportunities, examining how payments function globally, and designing experiences that unlock new payment volumes for customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to assess value, technical dependencies, and feasibility of product ideas.
  • Prioritize requirements to meet customer and business needs, coordinating downstream releases to ensure awareness, training, and engagement with evolving features and products.
  • Set short- and mid-range objectives aligning with organizational goals and overall product strategy.
  • Work with engineering on product design.
  • Lead the team in setting measurable and achievable goals for products.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers to define releases mapping to higher-level objectives and articulate product requirements within releases.
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, monitor usage metrics, and other activities to improve products.
  • Serve as a role model for product managers and steward of Product culture.
  • Facilitate creation and tracking of revenue and product usage goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand addressable and obtainable markets and model revenue impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in a product-related role, preferably in B2B SaaS environment.
  • 7+ years experience with Agile Scrum as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrable understanding of payments ecosystem, underlying technologies, and merchant payment processing.
  • Solid understanding of API and software development lifecycle and release process.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for product improvements and new products.
  • Ability to engage product developers and work with contractors.
  • Experience working with business development and client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.
  • English: B2 level or higher.
