About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to lead our team in developing innovative React Native applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, with at least 4 years of experience working with various platforms, including Android and iOS.

They should be well-versed in best practices and technical solutions, with a proven track record of implementing efficient and scalable codebases.

In this role, you'll work closely with our US-based team, collaborating on the design and implementation of testable solutions that meet business requirements.

You'll be responsible for developing and integrating new applications, enhancing existing ones, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve stability and optimize code performance.

Evolving the back-end infrastructure to support web and mobile developers is also an essential part of this role.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, a high level of proficiency in English, and experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrumban.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your creativity and adaptability will be crucial in driving project success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement React Native applications used by thousands of people.
  • Implement best practices and technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of business requirements and design/implement testable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the US team, PMs, BAs, and QAs to ensure high-quality look and feel for all features.
  • Develop and integrate new applications and enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve stability and optimize the existing codebase.
  • Evolving the back-end infrastructure to empower web and mobile developers in creating compelling user experiences.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Mobile Development.
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native.
  • Native mobile applications development experience for Android or iOS.
  • Experience with such tools as Git.
  • Scrumban experience.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
