Job Title: Senior Android Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our team in Campinas, Brazil. As a Senior Android Developer, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve system performance and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CI&T team to meet the demands of a client in the financial sector.
  • Perform agile deployments, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code to support our applications' ongoing development and maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Android Developer using Java and Kotlin.
  • Solid experience with Kotlin language and coding conventions.
  • Knowledge of dependency injection technique with Dagger or Hilt.
  • Knowledge of software architectural patterns like REST, MVVM, MVC, and Clean.
  • Experience in unit testing with JUnit and automated UI testing, with Espresso.
  • Familiarity with componentization of interface elements and basic knowledge of Material Design.
  • Experience with code versioning using Git and familiarity with Git Flow working with multiple teams.
  • Knowledge/Experience working in a mature CI/CD environment with GitHub Actions.
  • Conversational English Level.
